What the site keeps

• Your Sorare username, your Sorare ID and your profile picture.
• The access to your Sorare account granted when you log in (OAuth tokens), encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Your password never goes through the site.
• The list of players you follow, your settings (visibility of your teams, tutorial seen) and your sign-up date.
• How you found the site (for example X, TikTok or Discord): detected on your first visit, or your answer in the welcome tutorial.
• The data read from Sorare to display it (teams, gallery, Squad, leaderboards), cached for a few minutes so as not to overload Sorare.

The site reads this data: it never submits, buys or sells anything on your Sorare account.

Why

Only to run the site you use: your teams and your friends’ teams, the optimizer, your gallery, your Squad and your leaderboards. That is the legal basis for the processing: performing the service you ask for by logging in. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Who sees what

By default, people who follow you on the site see your current Set teams. You can hide them in the settings: only your level stays visible, just like on Sorare. Your leaderboards are private: everyone only sees themselves and the players they follow.

The site’s publisher sees the list of registered accounts (username, profile picture, sign-up date and source), only to run the site and know where to promote it. This list is neither shared nor sold.

How long

As long as your account exists. “Delete my account”, in the settings, immediately erases your account, your Sorare tokens, your friends list and your settings; cached data disappears on its own within a few minutes.

Where

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States) and the database by Supabase, region Europe (European Union). These providers only process the data to run the site.

Cookies

Three cookies, all the site’s own: your session cookie, needed to stay logged in; a source cookie that only remembers where you came from (X, TikTok…), to count sign-ups per channel, which is used for nothing else, doesn’t track your browsing and expires after 60 days; and a language cookie that remembers whether you read the site in French or English. Your theme choice (light or dark) is kept in your browser. No advertising tracker or third-party analytics, so no banner to accept.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@soraretools.com. Deletion is also available directly in the settings. If you disagree, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.
